Noble + Eaton is on the hunt for a boundary-pushing Creative Interior Design Architect to lead, inspire, and grow our fast-expanding international interior design team. We're not your average design studio--we're redefining what educational spaces should be.

We create strategically considered, neuroscience proven, beautifully designed learning environments that allow all children to learn, grow and thrive. We work primarily in the independent education sector, helping schools reimagine their spaces.

This role sits within the Noble+Eaton brand, leading the design team in our design projects.

Your Mission:

As our Creative Director, you'll be at the helm of a uniquely talented and rapidly growing international team. You'll drive the creative vision across all projects, shape the next evolution of our design philosophy, and be a key voice at the table with high-profile clients. This is a role for a leader who thrives on originality, craves growth, and believes in the power of design to change lives.

What You'll Do

Lead and evolve the creative direction of all design outputs across global projects Champion our neuroscience-informed design principles in every stage of delivery Inspire, mentor and grow a world-class team of designers and thinkers Partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver transformative environments Push creative boundaries and establish Noble + Eaton as the global authority in future-focused educational design

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in leading creative teams (ideally in architecture/interior/experiential design) A strong conceptual mind and deep understanding of human-centred design Passion for education and belief in its power to shape a better world A bold voice and the ability to translate research into inspiring creative strategies Hunger to lead, grow, and make a global impact

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 75,000.00-85,000.00 per year
