An exciting opportunity awaits a talented Senior Interior Designer to become part of a globally recognised, award-winning hospitality design studio. With offices in five major cities and a reputation as one of the top three most admired firms in the industry, this studio is celebrated for its fearless creativity and exceptional design vision.
In this role, you'll contribute your creative leadership to concept-driven, high-profile projects spanning luxury restaurants and bars, boutique hotels and upscale multi-family residences. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of design specialists to craft immersive, unforgettable environments that define contemporary hospitality.
We're seeking an imaginative, driven designer with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality interiors. Your portfolio should reflect a flair for bold concepts, refined spatial storytelling, and an ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining design precision. You should be confident leading projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
This studio fosters a collaborative, open, and inclusive culture, and as a Senior Designer you'll play a key role in mentoring others, contributing to a dynamic creative environment, and helping shape the studio's evolving design voice.
Key skills & experience:

  • A strong portfolio of luxury hospitality interior projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to inspire and guide junior designers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Work setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the studio, 2 days from home
