Modus Careers is partnering with a London-based design studio celebrated for its ability to craft soulful, high-impact hospitality spaces that leave a lasting impression. Their work is built on atmosphere, spaces that tell stories through light, texture, and rhythm. Behind each project lies a studio that blends intuition with discipline, concept with construction, and creativity with commercial understanding.
We're searching for a Senior Interior Designer who thrives in this intersection, someone confident in leading projects from concept through to completion, able to guide a team with clarity, and equally at ease presenting to clients as they are resolving details on site.
This is a role for a designer who understands the nuances of F&B, the mood of a late-night bar, the theatre of open dining, the choreography of guest experience. You'll be joining a team that sees every brief as a chance to design something memorable, grounded in craft but elevated through concept.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading multiple hospitality and F&B projects from early concept to completion
Managing and mentoring a small team of designers
Presenting design concepts to clients, operators, and stakeholders
Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Overseeing FF&E, detailing, and on-site coordination
Representing the studio throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
What you'll bring:
Proven experience across all design stages
Confident client-facing and leadership skills
Strong understanding of building regulations and material specification
F&B design experience (essential); high-end hospitality experience advantageous
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), and 3D modelling software
Perks & Benefits:
Flexible working, including one day from home
