Role Introduction
Are you an innovative communications specialist ready to join a team making a substantial impact? We are seeking a seasoned communications professional with experience in change communications, to join our Internal Communications Team during an exciting period of transformation
You'll partner with our Chief Services Office, leading on the delivery of internal communications for the function and telling the story of their critical workstreams to the wider company in a way that informs and engages our people around the globe. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will also support and lead on the execution of company-wide communications as part of the role.

What You Will Do
Strategic Internal Communications: support the development and implementation of our internal communications strategy to ensure employees are informed about the company's vision, goals, and milestones.
Change communications: Lead communications to support updates and improvements to our services delivery model.
Function communications: drive communications within the Services function, ensuring a regular cadence and content plan to inform, engage and connect teams around the globe.
Skilled Storyteller: Produce compelling written stories and collaborate with team members to produce multi-platform content, such as video, podcasts, gamification and infographics, to tell the story of our Services function to the rest of the business.
Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Services teams (including leadership), sourcing and delivering stories which show how their workstreams support the company's vision, goals and milestones.
Company-wide communications: Lead and deliver company-wide communications, outside of the Services function, to support the central communications team as required by the business.
Lead Communications Projects: Lead internal communications projects which support strategic business priorities and promote employee programmes, events and activities.
Evaluate: Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and campaigns to inform future improvements.
Coordinate Events: Coordinate internal in-person and virtual events, utilising technology to create engaging experiences.
Embrace Technology: Stay on top of technological advancements, including AI, and how they can be used to continuously improve our communication approach. Support the Director of Internal Communications in the identification and introduction of new platforms and tools to improve reach and engagement.
What You Will Have
You must have proven experience of leading change communications within complex fast-paced organisations and/or projects, with specialist knowledge of working within Services or Customer Support, as well as
Creative flair and the ability to bring content alive through storytelling, including via digital channels.
Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly assimilate information, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work independently using your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including at a leadership level.
Understanding of different audience types within large global organisations with dispersed teams is a bonus.
