As a Senior IT Analyst, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of IT/Application Analysts.
Design, develop, and implement business-critical IT systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Oversee system integration, performance monitoring, and risk management.
Drive continuous improvement across applications and IT processes.
Champion digital innovation and support the organisation's wider IT strategy.
What We're Looking For
A degree (or equivalent professional experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong track record in application development, system integration, and IT project delivery.
Advanced skills in SQL Server and related technologies.
Knowledge of system integration methods, software development lifecycles, and emerging digital trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering effective digital solutions.
