Job Description
This role is within the IT infrastructure team of a prominent company\'s Energy division. The division operates in multiple regions, overseeing multiple site and devices. The role involves managing modern technologies and services, participating in core projects, acquisitions, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance, implement, and support IT Infrastructure.
- Provide hardware and software support across various sites.
- Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of IT systems.
- Install and maintain hardware/software consistently.
- Continuously enhance IT services for end users.
- Ensure adequate IT supplies and equipment availability.
- Coordinate with external IT suppliers.
- Address user helpdesk requests promptly.
- Over 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Proficiency in network concepts, DHCP/DNS/VLANs.
- Familiarity with Windows stack, AD/DFS/File/GPO/Server OS.
- Experience in client support, Windows 10/Office 365.
- Knowledge of networking hardware, APs/Cabling/Routing/Switches.
- Familiarity with security tools, AV/Anti-Spam/Firewalls.
- Exposure to client management tools, InTune/MECM.
- Experience with hypervisors & IaaS, Azure/Hyper-V/VM-Ware.
