Our client is a global software engineering firm delivering cutting-edge Data, Analytics, and AI solutions across multiple industries. They are seeking a Senior IT Sales Executive to drive growth in either the
Retail & Consumer Goods
or
Betting & Gaming
vertical.
In this role, you will leverage our client's expertise in Data and AI to address industry-specific challenges - whether enhancing customer experiences, streamlining supply chains, and boosting loyalty in Retail/CPG, or improving player engagement, fraud detection, and monetisation in Betting & Gaming.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping clients transform operations and unlock new revenue opportunities through data-driven innovation. This is a global role, collaborating with international teams to deliver value and impact.

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in your focus industry (Retail & CPG or Betting & Gaming), leveraging AI-driven data analytics and technology solutions.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, actively hunting for new logos while expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead the full sales cycle, from qualification and demos/POCs through proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
Stay up to date with key industry trends (e.g., customer personalisation, omnichannel integration, digital engagement in Retail; player behaviour analytics, cloud gaming, AR/VR, blockchain/NFTs in Gaming).
Represent our client at industry events, webinars, and conferences, contributing to marketing initiatives and thought leadership.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or IT consulting business development.
Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Domain expertise in either:
Retail & Consumer Goods
: Experience selling data/AI solutions to retail/CPG clients, with strong senior-level relationships.
Betting & Gaming
: Minimum 5 years' experience selling into gaming, betting, or interactive entertainment, with knowledge of key industry players.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, capable of independently executing account strategies.
Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with flexibility to travel.
Nice to have
Existing senior-level network in your chosen industry.
Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, cloud, AR/VR, blockchain, automation).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, innovative approach to business development.
Global collaboration experience across distributed teams.

100,000 - 130,000 base salary + double OTE (uncapped).
