Strategic Prospecting:
You will move past simple list-dialling. Your approach will be consultative, conducting in-depth research to identify and target strategic accounts within key market sectors.
C-Suite Engagement:
Expertly engage potential customers at a senior management and business owner level, leading compelling conversations about their business needs, not just product features.
High-Value Pipeline Generation:
You will be responsible for managing and nurturing a substantial pipeline of qualified, high-potential opportunities.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Your expertise will be valued. You will have opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to elevating the wider sales team's standards.
Sales Expertise:

Required experience and skills:
Proven Track Record:
A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated success in outbound B2B sales, with a consistent history of exceeding targets.
