We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior IT Technical Specialist to work as part of our IT / Technology Services Team.

The Technology Services team supports the work of colleagues and the organisation, providing high quality, professional services that enable the effective delivery of our services, our campaign agenda and our role as an employer.
In this role you will provide technical expertise and guidance to both the IT team and wider organisation. You'll help introduce innovative technical solutions that enhance the departments drive to transform its infrastructure and associated systems to improve the service delivery for our beneficiaries.
You will work parallel to the Service Desk and Customer Experience team, who deliver direct-to-user support to our colleagues day-to-day
Collaborating with these teams will be essential to enhance the overall service offering from the Technology Services team.
