Required Skills & Experience
8-15 years of professional experience as a Java Developer. Strong proficiency in
Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Microservices
architecture. Proven experience withKubernetes
, Docker, and container orchestration. Hands-on experience working withAWS Cloud
(Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM etc.). Experience withMongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
. Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices. Experience working inBanking or Financial Services
is mandatory. Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate theright attitude
