Sandhata Technologies is looking for an experienced

Senior Java Developer

to join a dynamic team working on critical projects for our client,

NatWest

, in London. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Microservices, coupled with experience in CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three times a week.

Responsibilities:

Analyse and accept user stories for development Design, develop, and test high-quality Java-based applications Build new system requirements and endpoints (e.g., Tink, Mimo, Payit) Integrate with external systems such as Mimo Conduct incremental and end-to-end testing in line with strategy Own and lead the E2E deployment process as a Release Train Manager Drive technical delivery across one or more software engineering teams Represent the team in internal and external tech events and industry forums Ensure all systems adhere to robust architectural and engineering standards Work closely with architects and principal engineers to align with platform goals Optimize system performance using metric-based evaluations Lead the evolution of automation and quality assurance processes Develop and maintain automated testing strategies across domains Enable continuous delivery with stable and scalable testing solutions

Candidate Profile:

12+ years of hands-on Java development experience Strong experience in Microservices, unit testing, and CI/CD tools Hands-on with GitLab, Jenkins, AWS services, and modern DevOps practices Experience in banking or financial domain is preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Pay: 350.00-400.00 per day
