We have a vacancy for a Senior Kitchen Assistant in our busy school kitchen.

25 hours per week, 9am - 2pm


14,542 per annum


Term Time Only

About you:

An experienced kitchen assistant with a qualification in food hygiene and working knowledge of allergens. You thrive working in a busy kitchen environment and under pressure - you will be comfortable stepping up at short-notice and covering for the chef in their absence.

About the role

: Supported by a team of kitchen assistants, you will work alongside the chef preparing meals for up to 200 staff and pupils on a daily basis. You will be required to step in to the role of chef and lead the kitchen in their absence (for which enhanced salary will be paid).

: We are an independent, specialist provision in Crewe, providing exceptional, holistic education and therapy to children from 5 to 18 with a range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs and/or cognition and learning needs.
