What You'll Be Doing:

You'll visit 10-15 customer properties per day, sometimes just 1-2 for large lawns, providing a range of premium lawn care services using organic-based fertilisers, high-end machinery, and your turf expertise. You'll also be the trusted expert for your customers - offering advice, problem-solving, and helping them love their lawns.

Your work will include:

Fertilising, weed and moss treatments, scarifying, aerating, overseeding, and top-dressing Lawn surveys and regular condition updates Diagnosing issues and delivering tailored treatment plans Leading renovation work on large or complex lawns Representing Lawn Tiger with a friendly, professional attitude
You'll mostly work independently, but never feel alone - our office team and experienced colleagues are always on hand to support you. You'll typically visit the same customers 5-6 times per year, building long-term relationships based on trust and great results.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in turf care, greenkeeping, or professional lawn services PA1/PA6 certification Skilled in using sprayers, spreaders, scarifiers, mowers, aerators, overseeders, and more Solid understanding of grass nutrition, fertiliser inputs, and soil health Ability to identify lawn problems and confidently recommend solutions Friendly, professional approach with excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Good written communication and basic numeracy Full UK driving licence (trailer experience a plus) Ideally based within 30 minutes of Horley, Surrey during rush hour
