Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the nursery team, including Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, and practitioners, to deliver high-quality care and education.
Support recruitment, induction, development, and mentoring of staff, fostering a culture of passion and continuous learning.
Create a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and parents feel confident in their care.
Build positive and effective partnerships with parents, staff, and the local authority.
Implement and continuously develop the curriculum in line with the
EYFS framework
, ensuring engaging, child-led, and enriching learning experiences.
Ensure full compliance with
Ofsted requirements
, safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory frameworks.
Play an active role in shaping and maintaining the nursery's vision, values, and positive reputation within the community.
What We're Looking For:
Passionate and driven childcare professionals ready to take on a leadership role.
A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Strong knowledge and confident application of the EYFS framework and Ofsted regulations
, with the ability to lead best practice across the setting.
Creative practitioners with a child-led approach and a strong understanding of creative practice (PSL)
, inspiring curiosity, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences.
Proactive, solution-focused individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements:
