We are looking for a

Senior L&D Partner

with a focus on talent development initiatives alongside delivering on our L&D offering. Based in our Bristol office, this role offers the opportunity to influence performance, drive innovation in learning and talent development, and strengthen our culture of leadership, high performance, and continuous learning.



This is one of two exciting L&D Partner opportunities to join our growing Learning & Development team. You'll be part of a knowledgeable team of nine, including Coordinators, Advisors, Specialists, and Senior / Business Partners. Together, we deliver a growing L&D and talent offering that supports high-performing individuals and teams across the firm. Working closely with our wider People team, other business teams, and subject matter experts, you'll help shape and deliver learning and talent solutions that respond to evolving business needs and build firm-wide future skills capability.

What You'll Be Doing





Partnering with senior stakeholders and People team colleagues to co-create talent development programmes and initiatives.

Drive initiatives in collaboration with the People Advisory team, such as performance management, talent mapping, pipeline planning, and contribution frameworks, joining up with related L&D practice and activities.

Design and facilitate business skills sessions / programmes on our learning offering as part of the L&D team.

Managing and mentoring L&D team members.

Driving the development of our People Team Academy and delivering on our business skills offering.

Driving data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.

Embedding inclusion and future skills thinking into all aspects of L&D.


What We're Looking For





Proven experience in talent development and L&D, ideally within professional services or a complex matrixed environment.

Strong understanding of performance management and talent development strategies / processes and learning strategy.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.

Confident facilitating high-calibre skills sessions and programmes in a professional services or similar environment.

Is a friendly, proactive, and collaborative team player to join a well-regarded and successful team.

A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Experience leading teams and managing specialist roles.
