About the role

Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries is looking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to work across a range of HE study programmes in our Fashion department.

For the 2025/26 academic year, there are plans to introduce a new Level 2 qualification in Fashion as well as a T Level course in Fashion and Textiles. We are hoping to recruit a lecturer with strong expertise in pattern cutting and a solid overall understanding of fashion and fashion houses.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching UAL Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications and have experience of working in the industry, leveraging contacts to innovate with guest lectures, workshops, or placements.

Sustainability is at the core of what we do at Morley so an interest in innovative ways to minimise the environmental and social impact of fashion is key.

At the Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries (CCCI) the learner is placed at the heart of a unique educational experience to build their industry and character skills towards prosperity in their career and future studies.
