Senior Letting Consultant

to join our team and play a key role in driving the business forward.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing position ideal for an experienced lettings professional who is confident managing the full lettings process and building long-term landlord relationships. You will be trusted to work autonomously, generate new business, and help shape how the lettings department operates day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in Carry out property valuations and provide advice to landlords on rental pricing and compliance Register applicants and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers and progress tenancies to completion Prepare tenancy paperwork, oversee referencing, and ensure compliance with current legislation Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Proactively generate new business and instructions Work towards and exceed individual and office targets Work closely with our internal finance and maintenance team
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential lettings or estate agency Strong knowledge of the UK lettings process and current legislation Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Target-driven with the ability to work independently Full UK driving licence

Pro rota pay for part time hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,200.00-26,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
