Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the largest active market share of any agent in the local area.
Maximise revenue streams and grow the branch's property register.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and daily team meetings.
Drive branch profitability through effective planning, business development, and people management.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professional presentation at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience within estate agency and lettings management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Target-driven with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities for market growth.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use).
Legal right to work in the UK.
