We're looking for a

Senior Sales and Lettings Manager

to lead our Witney team, inspire excellence, and drive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, people-driven environments.

What you'll be doing

Lead and inspire

a team of Sales and Lettings professionals, helping them perform at their best.

Secure new business

by conducting market appraisals and building trust with landlords and sellers.

Run engaging call-out sessions

to generate leads, connect with new customers, and strengthen existing relationships.

Oversee day-to-day operations

, ensuring viewings, follow-ups and marketing all run smoothly.

Drive branch growth

by identifying new opportunities and collaborating on business strategy.

Deputise for the Sales Director

when required, an excellent opportunity to develop senior-level leadership skills.

What we're looking for

A proven people leader who motivates, coaches and leads by example. Customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship skills. Highly organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making. A results-driven approach with genuine care for customers and colleagues. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
