Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Senior Lettings Negotiator

to join our successful team.


As a

Senior Lettings Negotiator,

you will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Duties will include:



Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions Generate and attend property viewings Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants Provide expert advice to landlords on rental values, legislation, and market trends Ensure all properties are compliant and marketed effectively Work to and exceed personal and office targets Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Skills required:



Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
