Job Description
Lanes Sales & Lettings are seeking an experienced and polished Senior Lettings Negotiator to represent our brand with professionalism and integrity. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while driving business growth by winning new landlord instructions and maintaining a smooth and compliant lettings process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies
Proactively sourcing and winning new landlord instructions through calls, networking and local outreach
Progressing applications through to move-in Ensuring compliance and accurate administration Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenantsSupporting our social media presence to promote the brand and help drive enquiries
About You
Minimum 2 years' lettings experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven, professional, and organised
Full UK driving licence (company car negotiable)
