Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored advice on lettings options Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate agreements between tenants & landlords Manage the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and legislation affecting lettings Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing property listings, updating databases, and managing correspondence Coordinate appointments, viewings, and follow-ups efficiently to optimise client satisfaction

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Administrative experience is preferred to manage documentation accurately and efficiently Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively Proactive attitude with a professional approach to negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
