Senior Lettings Negotiator - Hoddesdon
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 DOE + OTE up to 55,000
Benefits: 150 monthly car allowance + free parking

Our client, a highly regarded and successful independent estate agency in Hoddesdon, is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hungry to succeed and enjoys covering the full lettings process - from winning instructions to negotiating and securing deals.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business and develop relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals and take on new instructions.
• Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process through to successful completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
• Maximise opportunities to cross-sell services and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lettings, ideally at senior level.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven with a hunger to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
