What are we looking for?

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Newport branch. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator seeking the next step in their career, or for a current Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to feel valued while supporting and mentoring colleagues who are developing their skills. Key responsibilities:

List properties available to let via our website and online portals Generate lettings leads and booking appointments. Carry out accompanied viewings at the property. Ensure thorough recording of clients' details, requests and conversations. Upsell additional services and amenities including property management services. Liaise with investors to encourage the growth of their portfolios and introduce them to opportunities. Ensure all leads are followed through and completed to closure, ensuring an agreeable deal for all parties has been delivered. Report Letting figures. Book Property Valuations. Conduct Property Valuations. Be a leader in Business Generation.

Experience:

A minimum of one year's experience in the industry is essential, however full training will be provided.

Requirements:

A full, clean driving licence is required.
