Are you a proactive and driven individual with previous experience in a fast-paced estate agency environment? We're looking for a

Senior Lettings Negotiator

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing a

high volume of emails and telephone enquiries

professionally and efficiently. Arranging and conducting

property viewings

. Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth letting processes. Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems. Supporting the team with administrative tasks where required.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role is essential.

Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. Able to manage competing priorities in a

busy, high-volume environment

.

Full UK driving licence required.
