Senior Lettings Negotiator.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving residential lettings team at Trading Places in Stretford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-end lettings, valuations, listings, and building strong landlord relationships, while also supporting the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in.

You will join a company with deep local roots, a hands on approach, and strong ambition to grow its lettings portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and viewings, handling enquiries, negotiations, deposits, inspections, and inventories. Manage the full lettings process for landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Generate business development ideas to grow landlord portfolios and expand the agency's stock. Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Maintain accurate records, compliance, and reporting for all lettings activity. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tenancy agreements are processed promptly and efficiently. Experience with serving the relevant section notices and the landlord renewal process.
Skills and Competencies

Minimum 1 year's experience in residential lettings. Confident in conducting viewings, listings, inspections, inventory's and front-end lettings activities. Experience in growing portfolios and building loyal landlord relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills. Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities. Be able to work within a team well. Ambitious, results driven, and keen to progress within a growing business. Professional approach with integrity and confidentiality when managing landlord and tenant relationships.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + commission based on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
