Job Description

As we look to capitalise on our current market position as the number one agency in Hertfordshire, we are now actively to recruit a Senior Lettings Valuer as we continue to grow our lettings business.


Your primary responsibilities will include generating and conducting market appraisals of properties for let in the local area, you will also be responsible for following through on these valuations, providing an expert and professional service which ultimately see's client retain our services and take these properties to market in a compliant and strategic manor.


You will be required to work with intelligent clients, building trusted relationships at every opportunity. We expect every client we connect with to enjoy a positive experience of Ashtons, with total peace of mind we will be there with them every step of the way on their property journey.

Applicant's Skillset

You will have a strong background of working in a busy and competitive lettings environment ideally with more than 5 years' experience, a proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts. You will be looking to develop your career with a first-class estate agency, be comfortable dealing with properties up to 5000 per calendar month and communicating with intelligent individuals, professional and corporate clients. You will ideally possess an ARLA Qualification or be working towards this at present A naturally inquisitive mindset, who looks to probe and find solutions Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task An engaging and charismatic personality is essential, as is the ability to provide exceptional service. You will be able to demonstrate a commercial outlook and the ability to think outside the box The ability to display confidence and thrive in a busy office environment.

Remuneration:

Basic: 30,000 pa


OTE: 50,000 pa

Working Profile:

Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm


1-in-4 Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Welwyn Garden City & Hitchin Offices

Additional Benefits Package:

Parking Permit provided by business, 29 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), competitions, company parties, monthly lunches, end of month drinks provided by the business
