Job Summary:


Responsible for liaising between GoLocalise and its customers, resolving issues and ensuring that translation, subtitling and voice over projects are timely delivered and as expected. Also responsible for the correct performance of the production department. Specifically, guaranteeing that translation, subtitling and voice over projects run efficiently by organising workflow.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Including (but not limited to) the following tasks:

Management Of Key Accounts


- Submitting project quotes and organising project schedules
- Dealing with day-to-day project issues
- Ensuring quality product is delivered, deadlines are met and projects are timely billed

Project management


- Managing complex subtitling, voice-over and translation projects
- Liaising with both clients and suppliers
- Assisting with rate quotes and client communication

General Admin


- Creating and updating databases
- Providing input into and proofreading of company process materials
-Taking part in social media activities, including writing blogs and updating content

Supervision and Training


- Training and mentoring new members of staff
- Delegating projects and responsibilities to junior staff when applicable

Subtitling


- Explaining subtitling options and/or potential issues to clients
- Creating English templates
- Importing, checking and exporting translated subtitle files

New Client Acquisition


- First point of contact for existing and potential clients
- Organising telephone conversations to introduce the company and the services it provides to new clients
- Understanding client's needs and providing quotes based on their requirements and budgets
- Responding to client queries

Contract Client Management


- Periodic revision of agreements and meetings to ensure services and workflow are updated if necessary according to KPIs
- Monitoring monthly and yearly revenue targets against planned sales targets
- Collecting client feedback and developing action points when necessary

- Fluency in English is mandatory

Experience



- Project management and/or admin work
- Customer service
- Voiceover and translation would be a plus
- Proven ability to understand business needs across a range of different business sectors- Proven ability working in a fast paced environment, delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
