Senior Logistics Coordinator



Your Mission



As a Senior Logistics Coordinator at 4th Dimension Group, you'll be the operational linchpin of our logistics team--balancing strategic oversight with hands-on coordination. You'll lead by example, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of motorcycles while mentoring new team members and taking ownership of key weekend responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily logistics operations and route planning using in-house systems Call and confirm delivery/collection routes with customers Train and support new starters, and assist with retraining where needed Produce and report logistics figures every Saturday Lock up the building on Saturdays and ensure site security Monitor driver conduct and vehicle standards in collaboration with the Driver Team Leader Liaise with internal businesses (Farnham Honda, Ride Nation, Surrey Motorcycle Salvage) to meet transport needs Identify and implement improvements in safety, efficiency, and service quality

What You Bring



Proven logistics knowledge and route planning experience Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Confidence working independently, especially on Saturdays




The Essentials



Location: Egham, Surrey Salary: 29,000+ (DOE) Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm | Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
