Senior Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
The duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and coordinate tailored logistics solutions to meet specific client requirements across various industries.
Manage end-to-end logistics for import/export shipments across air, sea, rail, barge, and road
Schedule and monitor shipment progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any disruptions.
Liaise with carriers, co-loaders, agents, and brokers to ensure efficient execution.
Negotiate and review service terms and rates to optimise cost-efficiency.
Oversee documentation and compliance for customs clearance.
Issue and approve invoices and maintain updated records in tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal team and external partners to plan and monitor orders.
Track client KPIs and support continuous improvement through regular reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
