Join us and help shape the future of agriculture.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer or a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer ready to step up to lead an area maintenance team and drive continuous improvement in performance at our Grangemouth facility. With experience in chemical processing environments, you'll ensure the delivery of maintenance activities that meet our business objectives while optimizing costs and enhancing HSE standards.

  • Provide leadership and technical support to maintenance engineers/teams and operations groups to maximise plant availability to meet business needs
  • Define and deliver an area HSE engineering improvement programme
  • Develop and deliver strategic area maintenance and sustenance plans
  • Deliver area maintenance costs to budget, and to analyse and deliver efficient optimisation of maintenance costs
  • Development of maintenance teamxe2x80x99s capability to meet future business and industry needs.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Control)
  • Professional engineering qualification with in-depth knowledge of maintenance and best practices in chemical processing
  • Proficiency with CMMS (preferably SAP PM)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience managing contractors and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience as Duty Holder in relation to relevant legislative management of change assessor.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles in practical settings
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles

The site was founded in 1919 and today employs nearly 400 skilled people in a variety of roles that include manufacturing, engineering, scientific and production support.
