The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting thefinancial managementand strategic decision-making of the GP Practice. You will work closely with the Practice Managers, GP Partners, andDirectorstoprovidefinancial insight that supports efficient, compliant, and sustainable operations.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.

Monitor NHS and non-NHS income streams (e.g. GMS/PMS payments, enhanced services, QOF, private income).
Track and reconcile PCN payments and reimbursements, including setting automated templates to track the invoicing.
Manage staff allocationsin payroll journals, provide staff cost reports to budget holders,
