Role Summary
Autolus is at an exciting stage of development following US & UK regulatory approval and US commercial launch of our transformative Leukaemia product AUCATZYL. Given recent organisational growth and complexity we have created a new is role within the group finance function at Autolus supporting the Associate Director of Financial Operations in group financial reporting. The role is supporting the timely and accurate monthly and quarterly Financial reporting for Autolus in accordance with both SEC and IFRS reporting requirements. Additionally the role is responsible for preparing various balance sheet reconciliations and monthly/quarterly financial controls in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing various monthly and quarterly accruals and prepayments and related journal entries across group companies including reviewing new contracts entered into
Assist in the preparation and analysis of information form ERP systems related to Corporate tax (including UK R&D tax credits)collaborating with external tax advisors as required.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations as required
Support completion of monthly and quarterly SOX controls as required
Assist in preparation of the quarterly financial consolidation in D365 as may be required
Assist in the preparation of disclosures related to the 10-K, 10-Q filings and the UK Annual Reports.
Direct liaison with external auditors through the quarterly and year end close process ensuring any audit queries are managed and resolved in an effective and timely manner.
Review and suggest improvements to financial processes and document as appropriate
* Participate in other finance projects on an ad hoc basis as appropriate.
