We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy

to join our team and help lead our next phase of growth.



Plan, develop and direct the implementation of business and marketing strategies for an international student recruitment service that addresses current industry trends, market needs and opportunities Develop and introduce new need-based international student support services Maintain a good understanding of changing trends, developments and best practices in the international student recruitment and support services Develop annual international student recruitment marketing and business plan Prepare proposals for brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities Analyse sales and leads conversion data to identify trends and areas for improvement Recruit, build and manage a business development/client service team and oversee their work Build and maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients Maintain existing partner relationships and create new business partnership channels Identify and assess current and future international student recruitment needs and support services Prepare and manage the international student recruitment marketing budget, targeting the global student recruitment market Attend international education fairs and conferences to prospect, network and build business relationships with new partners and universities Negotiate business contracts and agreements with new prospective partners Produce reports and recommendations concerning business development, marketing and sales strategies to senior management Such other tasks as are relevant to achieving these objectives and gaining revenue for the company

What We're Looking For



We're looking for a candidate who brings:

Experience managing, planning, and promoting corporate products and services Proven background in international student recruitment at a senior level Strong strategic, business development, and marketing expertise Ability to manage university partnerships and negotiate new agreements UK study experience (completed a full-time degree in the UK) Startup or scale-up experience with business operational leadership Excellent communication, digital literacy, and organisational skills A bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Pay: 42,000.00-46,500.00 per year
