About This Role This is a Senior Manager position to join our Corporate Finance practice within our Lead Advisory team for the Telecoms, Media & Technology sectors. You'll be working with a highly motivated team of specialist corporate financiers to support our clients from deal origination to execution. You will be part of a highly motivated team of specialist corporate financiers, supporting clients from deal origination to execution. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of projects, including being responsible for the delivery of key deliverables and client communications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work across different sectors with a diverse range of clients, including large corporates, private equity houses, major government departments, and private sector contractors and developers.

This Role is For You If



You have transactional experience, with expertise in managing deals gained from a consulting /advisory role in the Telecoms, Media or Technology sector You have the self-confidence and appetite to be involved in business development activities. You can develop, coach, and motivate junior members of the team. You possess excellent numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of data quickly. You have transactional experience with expertise in managing deals. You can undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports. You have strong written skills with demonstrable experience of producing high-quality, tailored documents. You can establish effective working relationships with a range of clients, from entrepreneurs to funds to corporates. You have a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.

What Your Day Will Look Like



Participating in client presentations and meetings. Coaching and mentoring junior team members. Engaging in financial modeling and analysis of transactions. Project managing transactions and liaising with multiple parties. Involvement in business development activities, including identifying potential opportunities and developing a strong personal network of contacts.
