JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, IAM Lab Tooling
SALARY: \xc2\xa385,00.00 - \xc2\xa3110,000.00 GBP

LOCATION(S): Leeds or willing to travel to Leeds

HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

About this opportunity

This role is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the delivery of Identity Governance and Access Management tooling within the lab. The team are in the midst of transforming the Identity & Access Management (IAM) core toolsets so this is a really exciting time to be joining. The successful role holder will be instrumental in shaping the service as we continue our transformation journey.

Here\'s where you\'ll make a difference:

As a Senior Manager for Tooling within the Colleague IAM Lab, you\'ll play a key leadership role in our continued transformation journey by:

Leading the delivery of tooling in support of Identity and Access Management.

Being a key voice as part of the agile team, using your product owner skills to drive product development.

Helping to define, communicate and implement our IAM strategy, methods, and approaches; working with others to implement and embed.

Working collaboratively with others to achieve shared success through regular, reliable, and high-quality change delivery.

Driving the implementation of IAM Industry standard best practices.

Keeping abreast of current and future developments in IAM technology.

What you\'ll need -

Experience of Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management.

Industry recognition as an expert in Colleague IAM solutions.

A strong technical background with extensive experience across multiple technologies, to include a good working knowledge of at least SailPoint or Ping.

Experience leading technical teams delivering operational services.

Experience leading Agile delivery.

A proven ability to listen, coach, mentor and support good principles internally to develop a world-class team.
