What We're Looking For
3-5 years' leadership experience (first & second line) within high-growth sales teams
Proven success in
new business development
and
multi-channel acquisition
Strong background in
Human Capital Management (HCM) sales
(accountancy experience desirable)
A natural leader who thrives in
ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager -- confident, credible, and collaborative
