Description



Xeinadin Tax Advisory supports our regional offices and clients with specialist expertise across a wide range of advisory work. Our projects are varied and complex - covering areas such as corporate reorganisations, share schemes, property structuring, shareholder exits, family investment companies, inheritance tax planning and more.




We're expanding due to growing demand and are now looking for a Senior Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities



As Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-level advisory projects and shaping the future of our service line. You will:


- Lead and deliver complex tax advisory projects from scoping to implementation.


- Provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits.


- Work directly with clients, ensuring advice is practical, clearly communicated, and effectively executed.


- Build strong, trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.


- Contribute to service development through webinars, technical content, and thought leadership.


- Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop a strong, collaborative team culture.


Key Requirements



- A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS or former HMRC Inspector).


Additional Requirements



- Keen to deepen your advisory expertise and enjoy working closely with clients.


- Confident taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality technical work.


- Experienced in working with SMEs, entrepreneurs or OMBs (advantageous).


- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable building strong client relationships.


- A strong communicator with excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
