We design, build, and optimise operations of TMT Businesses to enable their biggest ideas and help them to become digital and sustainable. Working with colleagues across Deloitte, we combine business design, process design and cost transformation with technology fluency to solve our clients' biggest challenges, bring the unpredictable and unknown into focus, and turn concepts into reality. We need curious people that will drive change and adapt to disruptive trends.
In Consumer, ERI & TMT we have always led with our industry knowledge. Our clients value the insight and expertise we bring from the wide range of organisations we work for, and the experience that brings. In TMT it is no different - we have spent many years working with the largest Telco and Media clients in the UK and Globally, supporting them with some of their greatest challenges from re-designing the Operating Model for an organisation selling fibre broadband to transforming the way Media companies handle their Rights Management processes, to name two examples.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Leading client thinking in identifying areas of innovation that encourage new ways of working and enhance the existing operating model
• Managing Deloitte and client teams to understand their organisations, to design and deliver Operating Models that are fit for purpose and successfully realise their strategic intention
• Developing business cases and identifying and/ or delivering sustainable cost savings in collaboration with senior clients
• Developing a methodical approach to research and guiding a team through analysing large qualitative and quantitative data sets to shape recommendations
• Evaluating and using emerging and innovative technologies or ways of thinking to shape strategy; design operating models, principles and roadmaps; and deliver transformation
• Proven experience of managing successful teams and engagements on time and to budget
• Undertaking strategic and operational reviews of entire organisations or functions within organisations at a system, organisation, service or functional levels
• Organising insights to define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
• Proven, deep industry knowledge of the dynamics/ trends in either media or telco

Connect to your skills and professional experience
We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following:
TELCO - experience and depth of knowledge in one or more areas of the Telco industry, which could include: * Having a viewpoint on the dynamics and challenges between NetCos and ServCos in the UK

• Understanding the differences between Enterprise (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) divisions
• A viewpoint on the capabilities that drive value for Telcos in 2024, and the latest trends in the sector

MEDIA - experience and depth of knowledge in one or more areas of the media industry, which could include: * TV or film broadcast, streaming or production

• Digital platforms and social media
• Publishing
• Marketing and advertising
• Live events and trade shows
• Music
• Video games
• Media infrastructure

Experience of an operational role in at least one TMT organisation (as an employee or as a consultant/contractor) demonstrating knowledge of the overall operating model of that business
Previous consulting experience, whether as an independent advisor or in-house
Additional desirable experience includes:

• Experience of use of AI/ Automation to accelerate key operational processes in one of the TMT sectors

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
