Sr. Manager of Training will be responsible for developing and administering Job level training for each role within Clinical Operations. They are also responsible for developing and administering Therapeutic area training for the studies
Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Developing and executing training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance. Develops training curricula for each Job role within clinical operations
Developing and executing therapeutic area training working closely with the Medics to pull together the content
Coordinating with Compliance, Medical and Regulatory to ensure accuracy of content and compliance with on the content of training materials
Managing vendors when developing training content and executing contract requirements
Performing project management function during the development of training content
Leading training meetings to include planning, logistics management, vendor monitoring, and participant conduct
Influencing and leading without authority by collaborating with cross functional teams to provide highly effective, timely, innovative and relevant training solutions
Collaborating with external partners to help provide best-in-class training deliverables
Developing and maintaining facilitation skills expertise in support of training content delivery
Continually assess the organization's training needs for both clinical fluency and development competencies and provide appropriate feedback for innovation

Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
Requires minimum of a Bachelor's Science Degree; Master's Degree preferred
10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
Training experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
Experience developing training tools to enable the enhancement of clinical acumen is a plus
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is a plus
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and all FDA/EMA Regulations
