Job Description

The Pfeffer Sal team is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing and PR Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in PR, marketing, social media, and more. The candidate will be greatly contributing to the growth of the business and driving brand awareness. We are looking for someone who is interested in luxury and is passionate about the beauty and wellness sector and someone who also has creative flair. Experience of social platforms and social media trends is essential.

Responsibilities



PR outreach and relationship building. Contributing to and actioning the marketing calendar and PR strategy. Coordinating to our monthly social media plan, across our main social channels to engage target audiences. Researching new social trends, consumer insights and competitor analysis. Developing content creation and copywriting across social media, newsletters and our website. Researching content creators and collaborations that align with our brand values. Assisting with online and in-store activations to boost our audience, and in turn, our treatment bookings and product sales. Preparing the clinic for press, high-profile and influencer appointments. Gathering and analysing data across social, Shopify and Google Analytics for our monthly marketing roundup presentation. Manage marketing intern on placement year. Assisting in ad-hoc marketing projects as required.

Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication. A creative eye and an awareness of emerging trends. Flexibility and initiative, a people centric disposition. Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time, and follow up on actions. Strong analytical skills, not afraid of data and using it to solve problems and suggest improvements. Proficient in G-suite, social media platforms and editing and design software such as Canva, Later, Shopify, META. A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism or a relevant subject, or equivalent experience. 1 to 2 years marketing, social media and Shopify experience essential.
