The function of this role is to provide support to the Head of the Marketing department. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and creative activities.
The successful post holder will be the second member of the Marketing team and you will be directly supporting the activities of the department. If you are passionate about marketing, excel in building interpersonal working relationships across departments and you are looking for a role that allows you to be organised, creative and independent, then this might just be what you are looking for.
Main Responsibilities:
To implement, uphold, and champion our CT Eco Plus brand and its guidelines
Managing our social schedule
Contribute towards our social media pages from post creation, posting and engaging appropriately with comments and messages
Create engaging, informative, and insightful case studies to showcase projects
Work with internal departments to co-create effective marketing materials to ultimately support our business priorities
Support our award submission processes
Support on event preparation
Support with the selection and purchasing of effective branded merchandise
Work closely with our New Markets team to understand their events calendar and coordinate their attendance with our social calendar
Run and circulate reports to the Head of Marketing

Skills and qualifications:
Marketing qualification and/or previous experience in a similar role is strongly desired
Writing and design skills
Commercial acumen and adaptability to changing trends and processes
Ability to analyse data and spot trends
Eloquent and engaging communication skills
Outstanding time-management and prioritisation skills
Excellent IT skills and strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Canva
Robust in managing and prioritising workload, working under pressure, multitasking and problem-solving
Ability to see all projects through to successful completion
An understanding of the Data Protection Act and principles of confidentiality
