We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Lead who is confident with both planning and implementation to drive the next stage of our charity's growth and bring our refreshed Fundraising and Marketing Strategy to life. In this key role, you will work closely with our fundraising and services teams to plan and deliver powerful, insight-driven marketing campaigns that grow income, elevate our profile, and create meaningful, personalised connections with our audiences.
Building on three years of rapid digital growth, you will take our established foundations and turn them into bold, engaging activity that inspires action. You'll be a hands-on, creative marketer who thrives on transforming strategy into results- someone who can champion great ideas, craft compelling digital journeys, motivate others to get involved and deliver outcomes from marketing activities. You will also lead and develop our small marketing team, working alongside a Design & Content Coordinator and a Marketing Coordinator.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will partner with the fundraising team to design multi-channel digital campaigns and appeals that attract, convert and retain supporters across all income streams. You will also work closely with our operational colleagues to promote our services and ensure customers, families and carers are aware of the vital activities and support available at Sage House.
Sage House Tangmere is a growing, ambitious charity with big plans to transform life for people living with dementia. To apply please send a copy of your CV and a letter of no more than 2 pages explaining why you feel you are the ideal candidate to recruitment@dementiasupport.org.uk. If you would like to discuss the role in more detail, please speak to James Lovell on 01243 888 691.
