The Senior Manager - Global Events Experience & Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and optimising the organisation's global events strategy. Working within the Global Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Marketing team. The role focuses on creating the global events strategy, to ensure consistent delivery globally of impactful, high-quality events that strengthen brand positioning, drive client engagement, and support commercial growth across multiple markets.
This role is pivotal within the CIB events community, helping coordinate, problem solve, and sharing best practice amongst the local events teams, as well as lead the day-to-day running of the Events Council,
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Services, this role leads the execution of strategic global events in partnership with regional and local marketing teams, and external agencies. The role is accountable for developing and deploying event toolkits, ensuring consistent execution of the global event strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes. The role holder will lead a high-performing team of two, providing guidance and mentorship, while fostering close collaboration with local markets to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
