Job Description

We're looking for a backend engineer skilled in

Python async systems

to build and maintain production-grade

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers

that power enterprise AI agent workflows. You'll work with

FastMCP, Redis, Azure Entra ID

, and distributed event driven architectures shipping reliable, secure, well-tested services used across our AI platform.

What You'll Build

High-performance

FastMCP servers

with clean, maintainable async Python

Agentic workflow orchestration

: state mgmt, events, webhooks Robust

REST APIs

with proper error handling + OpenAPI docs

Secure enterprise auth

: JWT validation, OAuth2, Azure Entra ID/SSO

Redis-backed

state, caching, TTL storage Strong test coverage (pytest, pytest-asyncio) Dockerized services (Docker + docker-compose) Debugging/troubleshooting across distributed components Partner with AI platform + delivery teams on end-to-end feature delivery
