Role Overview:
As a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be a pivotal figure within our team, responsible for conceiving, designing, and implementing mechanical solutions that revolutionize building systems. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to comprehend project objectives and unique building systems requirements.
Utilize your expertise to envision, design, and realize innovative mechanical solutions for building services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and exceeding client expectations.
Employ cutting-edge design software and simulation tools to create detailed models, prototypes, and analyses, facilitating accurate assessment and enhancement of concepts.
Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, performance analyses, and risk assessments to optimize designs for functionality, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field to Building Services.
Proven track record in mechanical design for building services, preferably within a consultancy or engineering context.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong grasp of mechanical principles, materials, and construction methods specific to building services.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with creativity and precision.
