As Clinical Lead, you will be at the forefront of urgent mental health response across Greater Manchester, providing clinical leadership and operational oversight to a fast-paced, high-demand service. Mental health crisis require timely, skilled, and compassionate intervention. This role places you at the heart of that mission--providing leadership to a team that provides critical support to individuals when they need it most, while shaping the future of urgent mental health care across Greater Manchester.

• Clinical Leadership: Lead and support the delivery of high-quality mental health triage through NHS 111 Dial 2, ensuring clinical governance and adherence to best practice.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including shift coordination, workforce planning, and escalation management.
• Supervision & Support: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff, promoting reflective practice and professional development.
• Complex Case Oversight: Lead on the management of high-risk and complex presentations, ensuring robust risk assessment and decision-making.
• System Collaboration: Work closely with system partners including emergency services, community teams, and commissioners to ensure integrated care pathways.
• Complex Case Management: Provide expert oversight and guidance on high-risk and complex cases, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
• Staff Supervision & Development: Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team, fostering professional growth, resilience, and reflective practice.
