As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the service by leading, supporting, and supervising staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with our values and policies.
You will play a key role in ensuring care and treatment plans are followed, staff feel supported, and service users receive consistent, safe, and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, support, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality care
Ensure care and treatment plans are followed and reviewed
Oversee daily handovers and communicate key information effectively
Support with staff rotas, working collaboratively with senior colleagues
Act as a positive role model and mentor to junior staff
Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and meets organisational standards
Work across a 24-hour rota to ensure continuity of care
Attend meetings, reviews, and support service users in community settings
About You
? An experienced Support Worker looking to take the next step
? QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
? Positive, flexible, and reliable with a "can-do" attitude
? Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet
? Previous supervisory or leadership experience desirable (but not essential)
