We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Mental Health Support Worker

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support adults in achieving their personal goals, developing independence, and improving their mental well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Building positive relationships with individuals and supporting their emotional and mental well-being. Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Encouraging engagement in social, educational, or vocational activities to promote recovery. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the care team to enhance support plans. Responding to crisis situations with professionalism and empathy. Supporting individuals in accessing community services and resources.

What We're Looking For

A caring and patient individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact. Experience in mental health or social care (preferred but not essential - full training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. An NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (desirable but not required).
