We're a fast-growing menswear brand, proudly designing exclusively for tall men. With a loyal and growing customer base, we're redefining fit, quality, and confidence for men over 6'3". Our product is loved, our buying function is well-established, and now we're looking for an experienced merchandiser to take things to the next level.
This is an opportunity to build and shape the merchandising function from the ground up -- ideal for someone ready to make their mark in a scaling business with purpose and pace.
The Role
As our first in-house merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning product planning with business strategy. You'll work closely with the buying, finance and e-commerce teams to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time - and that we're trading effectively across all channels.
You'll be responsible for setting up core merchandising processes, building our data capability, and putting the structures in place that will support our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end merchandising function - from WSSI and OTB to intake and markdown planning
Work with the buying team to plan and deliver seasonal ranges in line with trading objectives and margin targets
Develop and maintain robust reporting and analysis tools to inform decision-making and improve trading performance
Manage stock levels across categories, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving actions to optimise sell-through
Take ownership of weekly trade reporting and actions - including recommendations on pricing, phasing, and rebuys
Lead on sizing and fit performance analysis, helping to fine-tune offer for our niche audience
Support forecasting and demand planning, working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams
Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for merchandising success and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Strong experience as a merchandiser, ideally within fashion retail (menswear a bonus)
Proven ability to own planning and trading in a standalone or lean team environment
Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable with both detail and strategy
Confident in building processes, implementing tools/systems, and influencing across teams
Highly collaborative, organised, and driven by making things better
Experience in e-commerce and multi-channel retail preferred
A passion for product and an appreciation for what makes tall menswear different
What You'll Get
A rare chance to build a function from scratch and shape it around your approach
A creative and entrepreneurial culture where your ideas and impact will be visible
The chance to be part of something genuinely unique and purpose-driven
